Metric and Imperial Units Guide
A practical reference for length, volume and weight units used on BulkMeasure.
Length
Metric units include millimetres, centimetres and metres. Imperial and US customary units include inches, feet and yards.
Volume
1 m³ = 1,000 L; 1 yd³ = 27 ft³. Exact defined conversion constants are used internally.
Mass
1 metric tonne = 1,000 kg. 1 short ton = 2,000 lb. The interface identifies the ton explicitly.
Mixed inputs
Each dimension can use a compatible unit. Check the unit beside every field before calculating.
